Our cold-pressed juice and food cleanses are cell rejuvenating, detoxifying, alkalizing, well-balanced, and complete nutritional plans. The average person can complete any one of them under normal life conditions. For simplicity’s sake, we suggest either a one, three, or five day duration, depending on your lifestyle and goals.
1 day detox A one-day cleanse is a quick and effective way to reset the body after a period of heavy eating or drinking. You will feel lighter and energized the morning after.
3 day detox A three-day detox is ideal, especially when done monthly. The third day is when you will witness a significant shift in your cravings, skin tone, and even weight.
5 day detox A five-day detox is for those eager for deep cellular cleansing and would like to experience more drastic positive results in complexion, weight, and mood.
We recommend doing a cleanse at any time and as frequently as you can afford. However, it helps to have a general structure to your cleansing rituals so you can practice detoxification consistently and successfully. As the minimum threshold, we strongly suggest taking part in an all-juice or juice+food cleanse program once per month for 3-5 days.

It’s never a good idea to jump head first into a detox program without light preparation. In the day or two before and after your cleanse, try to avoid stimulants, such as coffee, alcohol, and sugar, as well as processed foods, butter, cooked oils and meat. Instead, emphasize fresh fruits and vegetables, healthy fats, whole grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, and fish/poultry. By doing this, your detox program will be a far more enjoyable experience.

Even after your cleanse is over, it’s important to continue to pay attention to your dietary choices. The days after your cleanse are the most important in terms of maintaining results.
- Start the day after your cleanse is over with a cold-pressed juice or a fruit bowl for breakfast.
- Continue to eat lightly, with an emphasis on fresh fruit, vegtables, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, and legumes.
- Avoid cooked oils, animal protein, rice, bread, and potatoes.
- If you are craving something sweet, reach for 70% (or higher) dark chocolate
